Much experienced in providing full secretarial, administrative and office management support to work colleagues in a busy office environment. Having a proactive and flexible approach to juggling many different priorities, and able to work autonomously and take ownership of all aspects of a task or project. Experience
AGSales team manager as well operations supervisor. AGI is a financial services company that has a funeral product, provident fund as well a health insurance. I was involved in all products assisting with data management of clients, generation and warming up leads to be called at the call center to sell the products and managing relationships with all state holders.
MGI joined Maitland group in the Cape Town office as a receptionist, i was responsible for welcoming guests, attending to redirecting all calls to relevant parties, assisted with booking meeting and sometimes managed the board members, executives and managers diaries. I later moved to the Johannesburg office as a Office Manager, a job i got because of my dedication and hard work.
ETI was working at the customer care call center assisting clients with queries on the programs on E.TV as well as clients that had the OVHD Decoder that had account issues or connection issues.
