What I'm looking for

I’m looking to expand from systems and network support into virtualization and cloud infrastructure, particularly VMware, Azure, and AWS, while contributing to secure, reliable operations and service improvement.

At Riana Group, I support 80+ end users by monitoring servers and scheduled backups, deploying Windows and Linux patches, and resolving Level 1 hardware, software, and networking incidents at root cause.

I administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams, maintain SQL database records, manage access controls, and automate routine operations with Python and Microsoft Power Automate. I’ve also strengthened enterprise connectivity through network infrastructure improvements and implemented biometric and RFID-based access systems.

Previously, I supported cloud deployment, UAT, ICT documentation, infrastructure troubleshooting, and end-user training at Bidvest Group and the Ministry of ICT and the Digital Economy. I’m pursuing CCNA certification and expanding into virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
