What I'm looking for

I seek an IT role where I can manage infrastructure, strengthen security, and support users while growing expertise in cloud and network engineering.

I am an Information Technology specialist with experience in systems administration, network management, and IT support, having worked as a Junior ICT Officer at a national agency where I supported over 200 employees and managed servers, networks, and hardware.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from KCA University and multiple Cisco CCNA badges covering Introduction to Networks, Switching/Routing/Wireless Essentials, and Enterprise Networking, Security & Automation; I have led an Office 365 migration and implemented backup and recovery plans to reduce data loss risk.

I am passionate about cybersecurity, network performance optimization, and user-focused support, and I volunteer as an ICT trainer and tech event organizer to share knowledge and build community capacity.
