I seek a hands-on infrastructure role in an MSP or enterprise where I can lead system deployments, automate processes, harden security, and drive cloud migrations while delivering exceptional client support.

I am a systems administrator with over 9 years of hands-on experience delivering L2/L3 support across Windows, macOS and cloud environments, primarily within the MSP space. I specialize in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive), Entra/Azure AD, AADS, Intune, AutoPilot and cloud migrations, ensuring secure and highly available systems for SMBs and enterprises.

I have built and maintained VMware and Hyper-V environments, configured managed switches and firewalls, and administered backup solutions such as Veeam and Datto to ensure disaster recovery readiness.
