I’m seeking a permanent position after a fixed-term role covering the IT Manager’s extended leave.

At eTRANSERVICES, I’m the sole IT administrator for a ~50-person federal contractor, managing hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID alongside Microsoft 365. I’m covering the IT Manager’s extended leave in a fixed-term role and am seeking a permanent position.

I automated onboarding, offboarding, user creation, license assignment, and group membership with PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK, using the workflows on 20+ accounts. I also administer Azure services supporting a custom .NET GovWin-to-CRM integration and fixed a failed integration by correcting app configuration and certificate settings.

At ScienceLogic, I troubleshot enterprise Skylar One deployments across Cisco, VMware, and Azure-connected environments, and administered identity access and AWS resources. I owned the runbook and playbook library; SQL/ODBC analysis of Salesforce and Google Analytics helped identify repeat defects, and published KBAs cut recurring issues and escalations 10% in 3 months.

Earlier, at DrFirst, I built the first central knowledge base and led adoption sessions, cutting support volume 15% in 4 months. I also bring hands-on investigations across identity, cloud infrastructure, endpoint, network, email, and systems administration, with documented investigations, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, detection artifacts, and incident reporting.
