I’m a Systems Administrator at Loomis Sayles & Company, supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, and Windows endpoints through Intune. My work combines identity and access administration, complex troubleshooting, and building tools that make everyday IT operations easier.
I’ve developed PowerShell support automation and an asset management platform for approximately 1,000 IT assets. I also delivered an AI voice and workflow automation solution for a paying client, connecting customer information and scheduling across business applications.
I enjoy solving recurring problems, simplifying workflows, and writing documentation that helps others work independently. I’m pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Cloud and Network Engineering at Western Governors University and am seeking opportunities in systems administration, IT engineering, identity, or endpoint management where I can contribute and continue to grow.
