At Guilford Publications, I support Microsoft 365 and hybrid IT services for about 90 users. I led the move from Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365 for 80+ employees, supporting licensing, mailbox validation, onboarding, and post-migration adoption.

I own the MacOS management workstream for Guilford’s Intune rollout and built out Windows management with configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment. I also built and rolled out Jira Service Management as the central IT request portal; it logged 165+ requests and 45 onboarding subtasks in its first month.

Previously, I supported users at Flagstar Bank and Nagarro across Microsoft 365, Windows, identity, and endpoint issues. I’m CompTIA Security+ certified, with hands-on project experience in Entra ID governance, Microsoft Graph PowerShell automation, and Conditional Access.
