One of my proudest achievements was founding a startup from scratch during my one-year tenure in Toronto. I successfully validated and created the MVP IZI, a wellness-oriented over-the-counter nutraceuticals brand. I coordinated all startup activities, from market research to production, outsourcing, establishment of identity and culture, as well as implementation. I also oversaw B2B and B2C operations, including team leadership, E-commerce and software implementation, sales, content creation, logistics optimization, distribution, and reseller coordination.
