I’m a Content Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia, blending digital marketing, SEO optimization, and social media management across multiple languages. I support campaigns with Meta Ads and Google Ads while keeping a strong focus on measurable results.

In my current role at a Digital Marketing Agency (2023–Present), I orchestrate website and social media content across languages, contribute to SEO initiatives, and help develop digital marketing strategies. I also support the execution of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns by analyzing performance and optimizing results.

Before that, I built customer service strength in the banking sector as a Customer Service Advisor (2022–2023). I handled inquiries efficiently while consistently meeting quality and service indicators, which sharpened how I communicate and resolve customer needs.

I also grew my community and brand-building skills as a Community Manager in the hotel sector (2021–2022) and through promotional work (2021). I bring a brand development mindset—grounded in my Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages with an emphasis in Digital Communication—to content strategy and digital engagement.
