I’m looking for a role where I can use my technical support and sales skills to resolve customer issues and support e-commerce growth. I want opportunities to develop my abilities and contribute to team success.

I’m a technical support and customer-facing sales support professional who helps people solve problems quickly and move forward with confidence. From handling technical concerns to updating customer-facing store details, I focus on clear communication and strong issue resolution.
