What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing role in a professional corporate environment where I can apply my banking service experience, grow into operations leadership, and contribute to strong client satisfaction and compliance.

I am a dynamic graduate with hands-on experience as a Customer Service Officer and Floor Manager in retail banking, focused on delivering professional, accurate service and resolving customer issues efficiently. I combine strong verbal and written communication with analytical ability, computer proficiency, and experience maintaining data integrity and compliance in customer-facing operations.

I have managed inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels, handled transaction processing, supported fraud prevention and compliance, and performed follow-ups to strengthen client relationships. I hold a B.Sc. in Economics and a National Diploma in Accounting, plus a diploma in computer training, and I am eager to build a long-term career in corporate service.
