What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time remote Lead Operations or Operations Director role with an international employer or client, where I can lead distributed teams, scale multi-channel operations, own P&L outcomes, and align with global business hours.

I've led national sales operations at ActivAsia, Inc., building a four-channel retail ecosystem spanning direct retail, e-commerce, field sales, and general trade. I scaled a distributed team of 400+ and launched 40+ retail locations alongside 16 e-commerce fulfillment hubs.

I build KPI frameworks, territory structures, incentive systems, and real-time dashboards that strengthen accountability, forecasting, and manpower planning. As the operational liaison to a Fortune 500 multinational principal, I coordinated compliance requirements and deliverables across international reporting lines and time zones.

Before ActivAsia, I led operations at Star Tech PH Enterprises across construction, manufacturing, and telecom infrastructure, including deployment of a roughly 150 km fiber-optic network across Luzon. I've also managed fleet logistics, strategic sourcing for 60+ nationwide marketing accounts, and recurring commercial partnerships.
