What I'm looking for

Fully remote COO, Head of Ops, or Business Ops Manager role at a startup or growth-stage company that needs structure. I want to work directly with founders, own the operating system (SOPs, KPIs, hiring, reporting), and help scale support, sales ops, or remote teams. Comfortable working US hours.

I build the operating system behind growing businesses. For 10+ years, I've taken messy, undefined problems and turned them into documented systems, accountable teams, and numbers people can act on.

I've worked mostly with US-based founders and remote teams. At BRI Consulting, I scaled a 24/7 operation from roughly 8 stores to 270+ active accounts with a team of 70 VAs, without losing service quality. At Native Commerce, I built the Philippines organization from about 4 people to 60+, including a 30-seat 24/7 call center launched from scratch. At Rocket VAs, I built the onboarding, payment, recruiting, and placement workflows that took the company from about 2 to 12 clients in roughly 3 months. Most recently, I ran an outbound phone and email sales program for five CPG brands targeting roughly 1,700 natural grocery stores.

My day-to-day is SOPs, KPI dashboards, hiring and onboarding, vendor and payment workflows, and helping founders make decisions with real data. I'm comfortable in tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Stripe, and I pick up new ones quickly.

I'm strongest when the goal is clear but the process isn't. I'm looking for COO, Head of Operations, or Business Operations Manager roles at startups and growth-stage companies that need someone to build the structure, not just maintain it.
