I am a seasoned customer experience and sales leader with more than a decade of experience selling IT solutions, outsourced contact center services, and building reseller ecosystems for CCaaS and UCaaS providers. I have led teams, managed key accounts and driven net-new revenue across France for global vendors.
My recent roles include Country Manager & Sales Director for 8x8 and Enterprise Sales Director for Five9, where I built 3-year strategic plans, go-to-market strategies, partner networks, and multi-channel sales motions while managing SDR, pre-sales, marketing and account teams.
