What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role in technology or customer experience where I can drive revenue, build partner ecosystems, lead teams, and deliver strategic growth in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

I am a seasoned customer experience and sales leader with more than a decade of experience selling IT solutions, outsourced contact center services, and building reseller ecosystems for CCaaS and UCaaS providers. I have led teams, managed key accounts and driven net-new revenue across France for global vendors.

My recent roles include Country Manager & Sales Director for 8x8 and Enterprise Sales Director for Five9, where I built 3-year strategic plans, go-to-market strategies, partner networks, and multi-channel sales motions while managing SDR, pre-sales, marketing and account teams. I consistently delivered contract wins, developed partner ecosystems, and closed complex tenders.

I bring strengths in solution selling, team leadership, market analysis, and new business development, with expertise in CCaaS, UCaaS, Agentic AI, SaaS, data intelligence and cybersecurity. I am motivated to contribute to challenging technology and CX projects and add value to dynamic teams.
