What I'm looking for
Building and scaling high-performance sales organizations is what I do best — and what I have done consistently for over 16 years across the IT, digital infrastructure and enterprise services ecosystem.
My career has taken me through three of the most demanding commercial environments in global tech. At Dell Technologies (6 years), I led large enterprise and strategic account development for CAC 40 and global clients, orchestrating complex multi-country, multi-BU sales programs across infrastructure, cloud and services. I was recognized four consecutive years at EMEA and Worldwide level, culminating in the Dell President's Club 2022 at 210% of quota. Before that, at HP/HPE (3 years), I pioneered as-a-service and consumption-based go-to-market models and received three consecutive Worldwide and EMEA recognitions. Earlier at Econocom (4 years), I built my large account foundation closing long-term strategic deals combining technology, services and financing — recognized twice as Top Performer France.
I am currently Head of Sales & Partnerships and Executive Committee member at BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, a joint venture where I lead the full commercial strategy for digital and technology solutions, manage C-level client and partner relationships, and drive multi-million euro enterprise deals end to end.
Beyond corporate roles, I co-founded and scaled two ventures from scratch — a digital ticketing platform and a services marketplace — securing $100k seed funding and growing revenues beyond €500k. That entrepreneurial experience fundamentally shaped how I think about ownership, market entry and building something from zero.
What I bring to any organization: Strong commercial leadership with a bias for execution, deep expertise in complex and high-value enterprise sales cycles, proven ability to build and motivate teams, and a genuine talent for opening new markets and strategic accounts. I am equally comfortable driving frontline deals and sitting at the executive table shaping strategy.
