I am a results-driven Country Manager with extensive experience developing sales, marketing, and distribution strategies across French-speaking markets. I have led market expansion and account management for FMCG, pharmacies, drugstores and specialised retailers.

At LELO and SVAKOM I managed French-speaking territories, overseeing sales, marcomms, partnerships, events and trade marketing, and directly supervised sales and marketing staff. I consistently grew revenue, with documented progress from €1.5M to €2.9M during my tenure.

Earlier in my career I led sales and business analysis initiatives in the insurance and IT consulting sectors, driving large software integrations and consulting engagements with major insurers and banks. I recruited and managed consultant teams, scaled headcount, and won multi-hundred-thousand euro projects.
