I’m a Client & Business Performance Specialist with 15+ years of experience delivering exceptional client service, stakeholder management, account growth, performance improvement, and operational excellence across financial services and commercial environments. I’m known for building trusted partnerships, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering measurable commercial results through a proactive, client-focused approach.

In my most recent role at Stonegate Group (2023–Present), I support business performance through stakeholder management, account oversight, strategic problem solving, and data-driven decision making—producing Power BI and CRM-based reporting to improve visibility and decisions. I’ve recovered 25% of bad debt provisions and, earlier at CDER Group Ltd (2019–2022), recovered £1.5 million for a major client while improving client reporting and business intelligence. I also earned recognition as Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year for outstanding contribution and performance.
