I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can support users across phone/chat/email, own billing and account issues, troubleshoot confidently, and maintain quality standards—especially in fast-paced, compliance-aware environments.

I’m a results-driven Customer Service Representative with experience supporting customers in financial services, healthcare, and retail environments. I provide phone, chat, and email support, handle account access and setup, and guide customers through invoicing, payments, billing, and subscriptions with clear, step-by-step troubleshooting.
