I’m looking to lead HR transformation where People Analytics and AI improve hiring, performance, and employee experience—while maintaining strong ethics, labor law compliance, and a prevention-oriented Occupational Health & Safety culture.

I’m a Strategic Human Resources Director and Consultant with more than 18 years of experience leading talent management initiatives in multinational organizations across the technology, manufacturing, and services sectors throughout Costa Rica and the region.

I align HR strategy with business objectives while driving digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making through People Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. I specialize in implementing HRIS platforms, dashboards, and AI-driven HR solutions that improve recruitment, selection, and performance management.

My strength is building HR programs that are grounded in Costa Rican Labor Law, ethics, inclusion, and legal compliance. I advise on compensation and benefits design, variable compensation plans, and pay equity strategies, while strengthening Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through engagement and internal communication programs.

I also develop prevention-oriented Occupational Health & Safety cultures and help organizations reduce risk through executive advisory services. From leading high-volume, multi-disciplinary recruitment projects to regional HR transformation across three countries, I focus on sustainable, compliant results and measurable improvements in talent outcomes.
