I’m looking for an HR role where I can use HRIS tools to keep data integrity strong and streamline operations—while driving continuous improvement, employee engagement, and efficient, compliant employee experiences.

I’m an HR professional and Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience in human resources and management consulting, focused on end-to-end employee lifecycle processes that strengthen compliance and employee experiences. I bring a hands-on, detail-first approach to streamlining operations and improving how people work together.

At GDP Capitales y Descuentos (Sept 2018–Feb 2025), I served as a key liaison between the company and an internal system provider, coordinating communication to resolve technical issues. I also managed data analytics in Excel to ensure accurate monthly reporting for Board Meetings, and led an internal auditing process that standardized client documentation in just 2 months using Google Drive.

Earlier, as a Junior Consultant at KPMG Costa Rica (Feb 2014–Mar 2018), I supported a high-volume recruitment team and helped achieve 100+ candidate placements for new Shared Services in Costa Rica. I managed full-cycle recruitment for clients across industries, facilitated candidate interactions as a point of contact, and supported change readiness assessments while participating in compliance audit projects.

In my first HR roles, including HR Assistant at INTACO Costa Rica (Sept 2010–May 2012), I led end-to-end recruitment for operational roles, handled new hire onboarding (including employment contracts, training needs, work and background checks), and measured recruitment KPIs. I also conducted exit interviews, tabulated results into databases for dashboards, and supported cross-functional internal audit work to uphold certification standards—always with a mindset of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
