I’m a senior Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with more than eight years of experience supporting multinational and regional organizations across LATAM. I specialize in designing and optimizing end-to-end recruitment strategies, HR operations, analytics, and business processes, while keeping service quality, compliance, and operational excellence at the center of everything I do.

In my current role as an HR, BI & Operations Consultant, I lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, organizational development, compensation reviews, and performance management initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. I design executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Advanced Excel to deliver actionable insights on revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs. I also drive digital transformation and workflow automation through cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.

Previously, as an HR & Administration Consultant at Fumidrone, I established the company’s HR infrastructure from the ground up—building recruitment processes, onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and compliance procedures. I developed performance-based compensation models and standardized documentation and administrative controls to improve efficiency and employee retention, while ensuring labor compliance through contract and invoicing management.

At Cargill, I coordinated full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple LATAM markets by partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions. I maintained SLA commitments, optimized ATS workflows, and leveraged analytics to improve hiring outcomes, including dashboards and standardized recruiter documentation for consistency and stakeholder satisfaction. Earlier in my career as a Credit & Financial Operations Analyst, I strengthened my analytical and process-migration mindset through continuous improvement and operational stability initiatives.
