At Huli, I built the HR function from the ground up, creating the structures, policies, programs, and tools to support a growing multi-country organization. I lead regional HR strategy and governance and serve as the primary HR contact for Costa Rica.

I partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, labor costs, and people data. I also lead people analytics, using turnover, engagement, and exit-interview insights to inform workforce-health reporting and action plans.

Across my HR work, I’ve supported teams and employees in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. I’ve implemented AI agents, automations, and AI-powered applications in HR, and previously led regional talent acquisition at TPC – The Payroll Company (HR Consultants) and provided shared-services HR support at Kuehne+Nagel.
