What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven IT Support, Network Engineer, and System Administrator with hands-on experience resolving hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems stable and efficient. I’m known for troubleshooting complex incidents quickly and maintaining high system availability across teams.
In my most recent role, I delivered end-to-end IT support across departments—diagnosing problems in internal web applications, mobile platforms, and user systems. I managed network infrastructure (routers, switches, LAN/Wi‑Fi, repeaters), monitored systems proactively, administered Microsoft Office 365, and managed IT support requests with Zoho Desk, while supporting ERP systems and assisting with web hosting tasks.
