I’m an IT Support Technician with 6+ years of experience independently resolving Windows operating system, printer, Microsoft Office/Office 365, and business application issues in fast-paced, end-user-facing environments. I’m skilled in Active Directory and user account administration, PC deployment and imaging, network connectivity troubleshooting, backup operations, and endpoint security—always focused on high first-touch ticket resolution and clear, patient communication.

In my current role, I resolve day-to-day support tickets, install and maintain workstations and network infrastructure, administer access and permission levels, and proactively troubleshoot outages to minimize downtime.
