I want a remote-friendly role where I can combine customer support, technical troubleshooting, and lead generation—working with U.S. clients in multicultural teams. I’m especially excited to support growth through training, market analysis, and high-quality CX.

I’m a Marketing and Customer Experience professional with 10+ years of experience across BPO, telecommunications, and international education markets. I bring proven expertise in customer support, technical troubleshooting, lead generation, and training delivery, with strong experience supporting U.S.-based clients.

In my recent role, I generated qualified leads by analyzing customer data and matched prospective tenants with suitable housing options to improve conversion opportunities. I also handled inbound maintenance/service calls, coordinated requests with HVAC, plumbing, and utilities technicians, and kept accurate service logs in CRM systems while driving timely follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
