At MultiChoice Nigeria, I coordinate the full installation work-order lifecycle, from CSR intake and regional installer routing to scheduling, follow-up, and completion. I handle about 20 installation requests daily across an installer network of nearly 1,000 technicians while protecting SLA turnaround targets.

I use FSS, TOOKAN, Clarity, Outlook, and Telegram to keep service requests visible and moving. For low-coverage locations, I find alternative installers, place jobs on calendars, follow up directly, and monitor completion.

Alongside my field-service role, I run an independent business registration and compliance practice. I've managed more than 50 client cases covering CAC registrations, LLC incorporation, TIN, SCUML, NGO registration, annual filing, and Business Name-to-LTD upgrades.

I build practical workflows that replace manual tracking, including a six-stage Trello system and standardized client-response resources. My background in administration, customer service, scheduling, records, and operational follow-up helps me keep work organized when the usual route stalls.
