What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations or administrative role where I can manage executive schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and handle claims or client support—using clear documentation, CRM tools, and fast follow-through in a service-driven team.

My career didn't begin in claims or field operations. It began with learning how to keep things running. Quietly, efficiently, and without drama.

As an Executive and Administrative Assistant, I discovered how much weight the behind the scenes work actually carries. Managing calendars, correspondence, documents, and follow ups, I became the person teams relied on to make sure nothing slipped and everyone had what they needed to move forward. That role taught me that good support isn't invisible. It's foundational.

Customer support deepened that foundation. Working directly with people taught me how to listen well, respond with clarity, and turn frustrating situations into resolved ones. I learned that how you communicate is just as important as what you communicate, and that trust is built one interaction at a time.

Now, as a Field Associate, I support insurance claims, manage escalations, and coordinate across adjusters, contractors, and internal teams. The environment is fast paced and detail driven. It demands calm under pressure, clear communication, and the kind of accountability you can't fake. All things I've been building since the beginning.

What ties every role together is straightforward: I bring order to complexity. I do my best work where communication is taken seriously, deadlines carry real weight, and reliability is non negotiable. That intersection of operations, people, customer support, and problem solving is where I'm most effective, and where I'm looking to grow.
