I'm an operations and executive support professional with 5+ years of experience keeping cross-functional teams aligned, processes scalable, and leaders unblocked. I've owned end-to-end operations across two live SaaS products at a regulated FinTech, independently managing issue triage, vendor coordination, SOP design, and stakeholder reporting with no dedicated ops lead above me.
I'm the person who notices what's falling through the cracks before it becomes a problem. I build the systems, document the processes, and make sure nothing slips so the people I support can focus on what they do best.
