I handle inbound and outbound customer calls at FirstBank Nigeria, providing prompt info on banking products and services while resolving complaints and inquiries. I keep detailed CRM records, escalate complex issues with internal teams, and help customers troubleshoot digital banking platforms.

Before that, I worked at Timranch Pond Farm Nigeria Limited as a customer service sales representative. I followed up after sales to assess satisfaction, handled high call volume, supported customer retention with relationship-building, and streamlined the returns process to reduce wait times.

I’ve also supported leadership as an Executive Assistant (NYSC) at Code Garage Africa—managing emails, scheduling, correspondence, site inspection, and confidential matters. Earlier, I trained in a hospital laboratory setting through experiments, procurement, chemical storage, housekeeping, and disposal of outdated components.
