I’m a strategic UX and consumer insights leader with 8 years leading full-cycle research—qualitative and quantitative survey design, telemetry/behavioral analytics, and A/B experimentation—across fintech, SaaS, and interactive media. In my current role as a UX & Consumer Insights Researcher, I design and field studies (naming, clarity, MaxDiff, TURF, and A/B tests) and analyze results using verbatim coding plus SQL/Python (Pandas) for A/B insights. I build executive-ready decks and Tableau dashboards that shape messaging, brand presentation, and creative decisions across email, product webpages, and social channels.
I also bring a governance-and-mentorship mindset: I advise cross-functional teams on methodology from kickoff through launch, peer review research plans, and maintain an insights repository to guide current recommendations and future testing agendas.
