I'm looking to lead mixed-method research that shapes product direction, builds scalable research systems, and helps cross-functional teams solve complex user and business problems.

At Axon, I led end-to-end mixed-method UX research for law enforcement software and generative AI products, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to deliver validated releases.

I spearheaded a foundational adoption study for Draft One, uncovering workflow and enablement gaps that informed a cross-functional AI Product Adoption program. The work cleared a 200+ agency training backlog and increased active adoption from 2.5% to 7.7%.

At ByteDance's Lark, I built the research function for non-China markets from the ground up, creating recruitment tooling, a research repository, and coaching guides. I led 15+ studies and a website and app redesign research program that increased site visitors by 31% and lead conversions by 90%.
