What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a performance-focused role where I can own full-funnel paid media (search, social, programmatic), use data to improve CVR/ROAS, and support growth and go-to-market strategy across UK, EU, and US brands.

I’m a paid media & performance marketing specialist with hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, and full-funnel acquisition in UK, EU, and US markets. I’m Meta and Google certified, and I focus on delivering measurable performance while supporting commercial growth and go-to-market execution.

In my roles, I’ve owned strategy and optimization for search, social, and programmatic—driving improvements in CVR, ROAS, and acquisition efficiency. For example, I delivered a Google Ads campaign for Mars achieving a 7.95% CVR versus a 1.5% benchmark, while also contributing strategic input into new business pitches and retained client tenders.

Across my freelance and in-house experience, I’ve developed practical measurement approaches when full pixel/website tracking is limited, using platform data and message-quality signals to guide optimization. I also led and developed a team of media executives to improve workflow efficiency, performance standards, and delivery consistency.
