I'm looking for a remote operations or business process role where I can build and optimize systems, improve CRM workflows and KPI visibility, automate manual work, and lead cross-functional teams.

I've built operational systems from scratch across B2B manufacturing, automotive, cosmetology, and education projects, including international work in Saudi Arabia and Morocco.

In recent international cosmetology projects, I analyzed client journeys, monitored revenue, LTV, retention, and service-quality KPIs, and implemented SOPs and CRM improvements. My work contributed to revenue growth of 15–20% and client return-rate growth of 20–30%.
