In ad operations, I served as the operational link between external partners and internal technical teams, owning onboarding, issue resolution, and account coordination. I configured and tested CRM setups for incoming partners and created repeatable workflows so problems were handled once, not over and over.

On the customer service side, I handled complex, high-pressure situations for premium international clients across 30+ nationalities. I operated within strict accuracy and reporting standards, working daily in English inside a multinational, process-driven organisation.
