At Sber, I designed and launched a goal-setting framework from scratch for a 300+ person division, covering goal cascading, execution tracking and KPI reporting. I also lead and coach a team of three.
I build standardized workflows and maintain guidance in Confluence, while integrating AI agents into reporting, data consolidation, documentation and request handling. My work also covers resource planning, budgeting and management reporting.
At Bookmaker Ratings, I prepared management and Board materials and managed the international department’s annual budget and financial control. I coordinated international counterparties and project teams, and supported their work with Jira, Confluence, Excel and Word.
