I built and scaled an automotive parts wholesale and retail business from zero to approximately $500K in monthly turnover, leading a 24-person team.

I turn real operational workflows into practical systems. I observe or perform tasks firsthand, identify bottlenecks and unnecessary manual work, then redesign processes across sales, procurement, accounting, returns, warehouses and customer operations.

I created an AI-assisted price-list processing system that automated pricing, quantity controls and supplier/customer distribution, saving approximately $2,000 per month and removing the need for dedicated staff in that workflow. I also designed a driver management application that eliminated paper-based work by 100% and remains in use.

I've led SAP implementation, worked extensively with 1C and 1C Accounting, prepared technical specifications, tested modules, trained users, and built Telegram bots, websites, applications and AI-assisted prototypes.
