I’m an early-career Project & Operations professional with experience in fast-paced startup environments. At SELLME, a pre-owned luxury marketplace, I progressed from sales into a broader operations role covering procurement, logistics, market analysis, process improvement, reporting, hiring, and team coordination. I worked with 8–16 monthly transactions, a catalog of up to 450 SKUs, a customer base of around 150 buyers, and tracked key business and product metrics including revenue, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and NPS. I also helped coordinate a team of up to 9 people and contributed to building internal processes from the ground up.

Previously, I worked in business development at an IT recruitment agency, where I communicated with 40+ B2B prospects and clients. I have hands-on experience with Asana, Notion, amoCRM, Zapier, Excel, Miro, and Power BI, and I’m increasingly interested in AI-assisted workflows, automation, and rapid prototyping.

I’m looking for a fully remote role in Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or Product Operations at an international company or startup where I can take ownership, solve operational problems, and grow with the team. Outside of work, I’m a former professional football player and currently captain HSE University’s football team.
