I am a dependable IT support engineer with hands-on experience across on-site and remote technical support, systems administration, and networking. I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology and a CCNA certification from Makerere University.
In my recent role as a Support Engineer I monitored software and SMS gateways, provided first-level support, programmed keys and locks, trained field users, and supported NOC operations, offering 24/7 responsiveness via platforms like Zoho and Microsoft Teams.
