What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Support or Technical Support Engineer role where I can apply networking, help-desk, and data-management expertise to improve organisational productivity.

I've supported Posta Uganda by resolving 50+ hardware and software incidents, configuring LAN infrastructure for a 30+ user office, and delivering desktop support across five departments. I also supported database migration with 100% data accuracy and built a central IT knowledge base to speed up issue resolution.

I'm CCNA-certified and bring hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows installation, remote support, Active Directory, and database management. Through campus and academic projects, I've designed multi-site networks and built MySQL student-record systems, and I'm seeking an IT Support or Technical Support Engineer role.
