I am a dedicated IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. My journey in technology began with a strong foundation in networking and software development, which I have honed through various roles, including volunteering as an IT officer and working as a mobile app developer.

During my time as an IT officer, I provided technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and assisting users with Microsoft Office Suite challenges. I also played a key role in developing the Schoolkit application, a platform designed to enhance student collaboration. My internship experience further solidified my skills in network installation and management.
