I am a flexible, self-motivated ICT professional with a strong telecommunications background and proven experience in network design, administration, and troubleshooting. I excel at providing ICT front desk support, operations and maintenance of equipment, and effective communication with stakeholders.
In my current role as an ICT Officer I provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, manage LAN/WAN/VPN networks, implement network security, and administer servers with regular backups to ensure data security. Previously, I supported ICT operations for humanitarian and UN missions, performing installations, performance evaluations, and routine maintenance.
I hold a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering and practical certifications in Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure administration; I bring hands-on experience with routers, switches, servers, cabling, and both Linux and Windows environments. I am eager to contribute to a dynamic organization where I can grow technically and deliver reliable ICT services.
