Ndowole Rodrick

I’m a motivated IT professional with a CCNA certification and strong foundational knowledge in networking and computer systems. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree of Software Engineering at Victoria University, building deeper technical capability alongside hands-on practice.

My focus is entry-level IT support and networking work, where I can apply practical skills in router and switch configuration, TCP/IP networking, and VLAN setup. Through CCNA training, I’ve built real experience working through troubleshooting scenarios involving LAN/WAN connectivity and using network diagnostics to find and resolve issues.

I also support users and environments end-to-end: help desk operations, user training and support, technical documentation, and clear communication during problem resolution. I’m known for reliability, strong problem-solving abilities, and time management, with a collaborative approach to team work.

I’m especially interested in networking technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends. I learn fast, stay updated with IT developments, and enjoy continuing professional development while contributing to organizational success in a dynamic technology environment.
