What I'm looking for

Three things that I am looking for in my next job are a collaborative, team-focused culture, opportunities to learn and grow my skills from a customer service standpoint, and a chance to learn more leadership skills over time. I look forward to helping the company improve their customer service experience, thereby leading to increase in customer retention, sales and growth of the company.

I was the head of Customer Service and training units of the Digital Service department in OPay Digital Services Limited, Nigeria.

I am a passionate person with good knowledge of the use of Zendesk, Smart CC and SOBOT tools. My skills in inbound and outbound sales, multitasking and problem-solving has greatly helped me in my current role to increase customer base and satisfaction, improve user engagement and expand revenue from our existing customers.

I have an impressive track record of surpassing expectations during the project phase and operations phase. I have recently been at the forefront of managing complex digital transformation initiatives and the birth of the fastest-growing Financial service industries in Africa, OPay Digital Services Limited, with a total gross transaction value of 4.5 times to over 2 Billion dollars in December 2020.
