I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer inquiries end-to-end, document clearly in CRM/ticket systems, and resolve issues calmly—especially in remote or hybrid teams focused on accuracy, professionalism, and high customer satisfaction.

I’m a Customer Service professional with 5+ years of experience supporting customers across insurance and remote service environments. I’m skilled in phone, email, and chat support, issue resolution, CRM documentation, and follow-ups.

In my recent role as a Customer Support Representative with American Income Life (AIL), I managed high-volume inbound/outbound calls (80+ calls/day), handled policy inquiries and service requests, and documented every interaction accurately in CRM systems (Planet, Simple Life, Workfolio).

Previously at Ace AI (Marketing Transformer), I supported customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms, while managing emails, scheduling, and daily operations using Google Workspace and Notion. I collaborated across international time zones with professionalism and timely resolution.
