In my current role as a Head Customer Representative, I handle an average of 15+ customer inquiries daily via phone and email while maintaining professional service and timely issue resolution. I also supervise and support customer service staff, help the team resolve complaints, and coordinate customer requests with operational teams to ensure efficient delivery.

I maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending requests, ensuring customers receive clear information about services and processes. I work confidently with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and use data entry and record-keeping practices to keep support operations organized and reliable.
