At StarTimes, I handled high volumes of inbound customer calls and resolved billing, subscription, and service issues from March 2021 to December 2025.

I provided accurate product and account information, documented customer interactions in company systems, and worked toward first-call resolution. I also de-escalated frustrated customers through active listening and practical problem-solving while maintaining a positive customer experience.

At AH4 Laboratory, I supported laboratory operations, organized laboratory data, and handled confidential documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.

I'm currently pursuing an OND in Science Laboratory Technology at Yaba College of Technology, building on my customer service, administrative, and laboratory support experience.
