At Fish Eagle Bay Lodge in Malawi, I directed lodge operations during the Lake of Stars Music Festival period, coordinating guest experience, service delivery, staff, suppliers and safety compliance.
As a self-employed safari guide, hospitality consultant and relief lodge manager, I supported operations at properties including Leriba Lodge, Imbambala Lodge & Tented Camp and Pafuri Camp. I consulted for more than 12 properties, developing SOPs, Emergency Action Plans and staff training programmes.
I contributed to three lodge start-up projects, most recently The Pangolin Hotel in Kasane, Botswana, through concept planning, operational infrastructure and pre-opening team training. I also planned and operated more than 100 guided safari tours across Southern Africa.
Earlier, I managed leisure and hospitality operations at Seymour Hotels Jersey and held health, leisure and hospitality club roles with Hilton Hotels & Resorts. At Seymour, I achieved 5% revenue growth, while at Hilton I improved guest satisfaction scores and grew membership and ancillary revenue.
