I am an experienced tourism and hospitality professional with extensive ownership and management experience across lodges, travel services and aviation. I combine hands-on operations with financial management and a strong customer-service focus.

Over two decades I founded and directed businesses in travel, hunting packages, lodge management and regional flights, overseeing bookings, marketing, bookkeeping, VAT submissions and staff training. I have implemented operational systems and managed site-level standards and franchised services.

I have led HR processes including recruitment, disciplinary hearings and CCMA representation, and have practical experience with bookkeeping software such as Pastel and QuickBooks. I take pride in attention to detail, strong work ethic and a customer-first approach.
