I am a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist with hands-on experience supporting SaaS products and CRM platforms. I focus on delivering exceptional support across chat, email, phone, and screen-share channels while advocating for customers' needs.

At monday.com (via Foundever) I manage the bug lifecycle with technical teams, lead webinars and one-on-one demos, and create internal and customer-facing documentation to improve adoption. I proactively inform customers about new features to maximize their success.

Previously I supported high-volume customer inquiries, disputes, and escalations while maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing data-driven reports. I also have front-line sales experience upselling services and managing customer accounts to secure repeat business.

I hold a Master's in Management and a BA (Hons) in Translation and Interpreting Studies, and I bring strong technical proficiency, CRM experience (Zendesk, Salesforce), empathy, and a data-informed approach to process improvement and customer retention.
