What I'm looking for
I’m a travel operations and ticketing specialist with hands-on airline experience supporting Aer Lingus operations through Alorica. I manage airline reservations, ticketing modifications, itinerary changes, cancellations, and passenger support—keeping operations accurate and efficient in fast-paced environments.
In my Alorica – Aer Lingus Tier 2 Airline Support role, I handle complex travel cases, escalations, and rebooking requests while maintaining strong performance metrics. I work across voice, chat, and email channels, ensuring passengers receive fast and accurate help.
I bring solid experience with legacy GDS systems, especially Astral, and I’m comfortable managing high-volume operational workflows. Previously, I supported reservation scenarios end-to-end at Concentrix and improved workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction through clear communication and coordination.
Alongside airline operations, I’ve also worked in travel coordination and travel sales support at Dyninno Travel. I’m motivated by solving problems quickly, communicating clearly, and delivering tailored travel outcomes that match passenger needs—grounded by my legal education background from Cairo University with a minor in Diplomatic Speech.
